TOOTH
KNOCKED OUT
Save the tooth or tooth pieces in contact lens solution, milk or water. For
persistent bleeding apply pressure with a cool wet compress or tea bag. Do
not clean the tooth or damaged area. Avoid smoking, spitting or drinking through
a straw to allow for clot formation. See your dentist immediately for assessment.
Time is crucial for successful permanent tooth replantation.
